Terms of liability:

· All work is carried out to the best of our ability.
· Responsibility cover only damage at persons or items
  under the performance of the survey work, and can
  only be claimed according to the cover accepted by
  the insurance company of JG Consult & Survey/Jess
  Greiff up to a maximum of DKK 10 million at person-
  and item damage including up to DKK 2 million
  at pollution.
· No liability is accepted for damage and/or loss which,
  direct or indirect has been caused by asbestos,
  mould fungus, formaldehyde and silica.
· Product liability is not accepted.
· Claim for compensation can only be effected against
  JG Consult & Survey/Jess Greiff, if the claimant can
  prove, that the damage or the loss has been caused
  by mistakes of JG Consult & Survey/Jess Greiff.
· Eventual claim for compensation must be raised
  within 3 month from the date of damage.
· If JG Consult & Survey/Jess Greiff is liable to pay
  compensation, payment will only include the direct
  loss and not an eventual profit, indirect damage, etc.
· No employee, collaborator or other representative
  than Jess Greiff has the authorization to change
  any agreements whatsoever with JG Consult &
  Survey/Jess Greiff.
· JG Consult & Survey/Jess Greiff accept no
  responsibility for jobs and events carried out
  by eventual collaborators.
· Any dispute shall be ruled according to Danish law.
